A Water Color Base Mani with Art.

Hello Nail Surfers

Welcome to My Beach

I haven't used my tube water color paints in a while.
So I decided to put these paints to use once again.

I Always use a nail polish base before I use Any kinds of my paints.

SURFS UP

For this Mani I decided to use the water color paints as a full base cover.
I used Royal & Langnickle Water Color Paints.
They can be found Here
*I created this look using a small piece for cheese cloth*
(Which I found at Dollar Tree) Score!

I used Fab Ur Nails Fun 5

And Fab Ur Nails FUN 7
for art.

*For stamping polishes I used Funky Fingers*
Gesso & Dark Knight

I used this Clear Jumbo Marshmallow Stamper from Aliexpress.
^ this is the seller that I used.
He is Amazing. And he will adjust the shipping for you.

A close up.
I really like how nicely these  these blend together.

*Sometimes the Base art I do is really difficult for me to cover up with stamping*

Here's a Video on how to get this look.
I hope you enjoy.

Thank You for visiting My Beach.
I hope you enjoyed today's post.
And I hope you return again soon :)

I used MJ XLVIII and jr 42 for art.
Both plates are made by Myonline Shop
* I wished I stamped the wrapper of the cupcake with a different color.*
A nice bold Blue would of matched this better IMO.

Tree in a Bottle

I used Cheeky Jumbo Plate 6 for art.
These plates are more affordable these days and can be found on Ebay/Amazon.

Sugar Plum Sprinkles
I used 2 coats plus a TC.
Do you see ALL that Amazing Holo!!!

I used MJ XXVII and BPL-032 for art.

I decided to Matte this one because it was sooo Shiny
and I wanted you to see the art better :)

Jelly Christmas
I used 1 coat  plus a TC over a Blue base.

I used BPL-032 for art.
I also Matted this one.

Juguetes
I used 2 coats plus a TC over a White base.
* I just used 1 coat of White*

I used Cheeky Jumbo Plate 6 for art.
And I also removed my middle finger base and added Feliz Ano!

Midnight Jewel
I used 2 coats plus a TC.
I used BPL-032 for art again here.
This time I used a different part of the large snowflake image.
I really Really Loved ALL this Holo!
I mean, Look at that sucker .

I used La Qin An #15 as a stamping polish.
This polish is Amazing for stamping!
I hope to get the collection soon.

Application on this Entire Collection was Smooth and evenly.
Drying time was super Fast too.
On the 4 Jelly Based polishes I choose to start with a color base.
I only applied 1 coat of color and that was because I was going for the opaque look.
Midnight Jewel can easily be a 1 coater.

Even tho I Matted some of these it did not take away from the base.
I mean look at Vintage Lights here.

Feliz Ano!

Happy Hour Collection Review part 4

Hello Nail Surfers

Welcome to My Beach

Today I have the Final 2 polishes
from the Happy Hour Collection by
Colores De Carol

SURFS UP

Here is the Complete Happy Hour Collection.

This is  just 2 coats of Papaya Sake
plus Ready in 5 Top Coat

For art I used Myonline Shops
MJXXXIV (MJ34)
I stamped over a Matted White base
and then colored the flower in with
Papaya Sake. I add a splash of
Pineapple Margarita too.

This is 2 coats of  Pineapple Margarita with
Ready in 5 Top coat.
I was shocked that 1 regular coat and 1 heavy coat
gave me this solid coverage.
Here's a close up of my 3 arted nails.
First nail is Strawberry Bourbon Lemonade & Pineapple Margarita
2nd is Papaya Sake & Pineapple Margarita
3rd is Sour Grape Bellini & Pineapple Margarita.
For art I used Fab Ur Nails Fun14

Ready in 5
is a 5Free, High Shine Top Coat.
This top coat does not dry in 5.
It dries in a minute.

My final thoughts on this full collection....
All of the polishes applied smoothly and evenly.
These do dry very nice and fast,
They only required 2 coats for solid coverage.
And they stamp too :)
They are a Metallic/Foil Holographic Polish.
This is definitely a great set to have.

If you do decide to shop at Colores De Carol Store http://coloresdecarol.bigcartel.com/products
Use code

Above the Curve New 2015 Spring Collection Review

Hello Nail Surfers

Welcome to My Beach

Today I have Lots and Lots to Share with you All.

But first I would like to tell you some of the many reasons
why I Love Indie Polishes.

Indie Polishes are Unique Polishes. You can't find these on your Drug Store Shelf.
They are handmade and are usually 3Free or even 5Free.
They keep up with what's Trending.
And while most do require atleast 2 coats they usually have record drying times.
(Most Store Brands also require 2 coats, but they do not always dry fast or evenly either)

And even tho I LOVE my Base Plays with craft paints and ink, etc,
Indie Polishes will always have a spot in my Heart as well.
Indie Polishes are always pack with so much sparkle and fun!
And I'll be honest, I don't use the Big fancy words to describe them.

I love the Art challenges these types of Polishes give me.
It's simple to art over a plain color, but once you have a  Sparkle/Holo Polish  that changes colors
and tiny Flakes of Gold in there too. it become much more Fun and Eye-Catching too.

Ok. I'll stop chatting away and get to the good stuff..

Again There is Lots of pics and Mani's

That Above the Curve is the Polish for You!
ATC all the WAY!

Well I hope no one drowned in my wave today.
I know there was a lot of pics.
But now you can say you saw the Polish in real action.
In Maco Shots, on real nails, with art, without art , the Bottles,
in Sun and indoors too. Now that's how I'd like to see polishes.
