Nail Polish Buys

Hello Nail Surfers.. Today's post is a polish trip I made recently .

SURFS UP

These came from Five Below.

This white only needs 1 coat. Yep 1 coat,no streaking either.

And they work GREAT for stamping.

Again Five below.

Insta-Dri works Great also for stamping.

Top of double bottle.

They do have small brushes.

But for stamping these are GREAT

Sally's Trip

I still managed to buy doubles.Even with them all in 1 basket..

The I.O.U. they owed me. FREE.

I have found that most of China Glaze stamps very well. And as a base they dry real fast.

I have been using mainly CG lately. Due to these reasons.

Now I do have 900 bottles of all brands mixed that I need to start using more.

I have most in a Helmer cabinet. I thought it was a great idea at the time.

If I am not seeing a color handy I dread looking through the dark drawer. (helmer)

Hello Nail Surfers :) Tonight I did a candy Mani. I kept it simple but still added some spark.

And my pointer finger is so wide :(

Hope you all had a great weekend. It was a hot one here.

Did any of you make it to Sally's for there sale?

I had to go anyways because they owed me 5 bottles of Seche Vite  top coat. All 5 for free.

And than of course I start looking and my basket is getting heavier..lol 

Anyways surfers, I did a Mani last night using my Bundle Monster set. It was working out all great till my green polishes would not show bold enough on my nails. So this morning I took my pictures still than took my Mani off and started over using a different color as my base.

I used BM 309 &318 for stamping

polish I used China Glaze,Funky Fingers,Konad green &Black Sinful

Which Mani do you like best?

I really wanted Pic#1 base color and pic#2 art. But stamping polishes were not behaving well.

                              Today's Mani I wanted to test out as many images from a Cheeky Plate and still have a descent Mani in the end.I ended up using 2 plates. Cheeky has announced they are making there full nail images bigger and the plates bigger also. Although the set has not been released yet I am just as excited as the rest of you. My sample set is just a sample. I still need the final set. And when you surfers can see this whole set you will like it Alot!.. It is so different from the other company's sets and different from Cheeky 2012 set too.

My honest opinion on this set is that there is something for everyone.

Some of the images I may never use,BUT those are very few.

I have many favs from this set and can't wait to have a perfect set.

What are your thoughts or opinions on this newest set so far?

Wild Animal or Stained Glass?

It's Friday :) yah.. Whether your going to the beach or hanging with friends tonight I have the perfect fast mani with zero drying time.

Hello Nail Surfers today's Mani I used Cheeky's Nail Foils. They are very easy to apply and no need for a top coat either.

SURF"S UP....

There's 16 nail foils per pack.

* VERY IMPORTANT* When filing these only go in the downward motion.

The curve fits really good in the cuticle area. 

Here you can see that some of these don't actually fit my wide nails.

As you can see I applied these over a Mani I was about to remove. 

And was long enough for my nails but ,just not wide enough.

It takes maybe 10 minutes to apply and file.

Now that's a fast Mani.

I loved how there was an accent nail foil also.

Hello Nail Surfers! ...Tonight I did a Mani using Cheeky's plates..Did you see all the plates they actually carry on Amazon? OMG. She has Alot of plates. XL,(Jumbo) and Mega plates. They have a holiday one too. A nice variety and different from Bundle Monster,Mash and Konad too.

Hello Nail Surfers :)

                              We all love to look at nail pictures whether its at the art or the polish color. 

I myself have surfed the internet and bookmark nail blogs to read and look at pictures. So technically I am a Nail Surfer. I still look at other blogs and I am now starting to be a follower. I always thought I had to have a blog to follow, but you don't. :) 

   I am still trying to figure all this blogging still and have lots of ideas to decorate my page , but i have not figured that part out yet..

  How many times have you gone to the store and just had to walk pass the nail polish display just to make sure nothing new has been released and snuck passed you. I do even at the grocery store. I have some newer nail polishes that I have picked up recently. I will take pictures tomorrow and share.

A mission terminated to soon

Hello nail lovers ! A mission terminated to soon is in regards to a beloved brother in law that has just passed a way in a tragic way. At the age of 43 his mission has ended. He had so many plans ahead for himself. He was a great guy and will always be remembered,loved and missed. R.i.P Tom M.

         I kept my Mani simple and clean..I didn't want anything flashy.

I'm just like every other nail addict.. I want now and don't want to wait anymore!  But Cheeky has made really good points here and I would rather wait and have a flawless set with extra perks. I do have a sample set of these plates and trust me when i say this "You will absolutely want this set" and they are making adjustments for us. What nail plate company makes adjustments for the fans?. What company actually asks the fans for such options like they did above? Cheeky is here to stay and is catering to our needs. Amazing I must say..

A Tribute To My Dog

Hello there. Sorry for the late post. I've been busy and haven't had much time. Im sorry :(

Anyways today's Mani is a tribute to my German Shepard Mix that has passed away. Her name is Lexus or short Lexy..She was my nail buddy :) , A mommies girl. I miss her so much still. It's only been 9 days and it still hurts alot. She was very special and unique in her own way. She actual spoke and said "I Love You" she ate of a fork like a pro and had a spotted blue tongue..Lexy meant the world to me. She was with me 24/7.

Lexy says I love towards the end of the video.. As she got older she became more stubborn and didn't say it as much.
So as a tribute to my baby girl I did a mani in her honor...did i mention how she would let me paint her nails too. She had pink glow in the dark polish on the day she passed. :'(..sorry. this is hard for me....

Who's Ready for a Drink!

Hello Ladies how's your summer going so far? Anybody noticing that its taking longer for their polish to dry?
I know I am and I even have the AC on.

I have a Mani to show you today that's all about summer time.

                                         For this Mani I used 2 coats of Savy French White White

I used Cheeky's Summer set. ( sample set)
