Chester Cheeto Says " So Cheesy"

Hello Nail Surfs

Welcome to My Beach

Texture polishes are in for the moment.
And although I do not own any textured polishes I wanted to try something new.
So today I had a crazy thought and I wanted to see if it would really work.

I used Mash Nails Velvet Powder Dust.
And then I added a topcoat over it.
It dried nicely but I wanted to see what 2 coats would look like.
Here below is 2 coats of topcoats.
These no longer are soft and fluffy like Velvet.
They feel more like sand paper now.

SURFS UP...

On the Left is just plain Velvet dust.
On the is 2 coats of Topcoat followed by
MJ 14 Plate.
and yes... I used my "Trusty" Black polish by Mash Nails

This Plate has so many outstanding images.
If you would like to purchase this plate or any other of MyOnline Shop's Plates
please visit her order form here

So I basically made my own texture polish and saved.

Have you ever put your nail products to the full test?
Ever wonder what would happen if you added this or that?
I do..lol..

SCOOBY - DOO! .....Where Are YOU!!!!

Hello Nail Surfers

Welcome to My Beach

I have been having fun with my Cartoon Plate by
Chocolate Vanity. There's so many creations that can be made
with these plates. And yes I do understand the shipping costs. But it is
coming from another country, (which shipping usually does cost more)
But to me the number "One" thing to remember.. These are very "very" rare
images. You won't find Fred,Scooby, Shaggy, Care Bears,Pluto, Sponge
Bob..etc images anywhere else. So knowing all of that. The shipping to me
was well worth the rarity I'm getting.

Now this Velvet Powder from Mash Nails is really addictive like coffee.
It is so simple to apply and removal is easy. No harsh removal like glitter polishes.
They can get wet and dry to the smooth touch. I've washed a sink full of dishes
and when they dried they were soft again. No need to worry if they fall apart either.
Once it's on. It's staying til you want to remove it. It doesn't have to be used
either to cover your entire nail. As you seen my earlier post, I used it to fill in my Bee's.
And here below, I used it as a french tip.

SURFS UP....

This is what I started with.
I used Mash 35 for the flowers.
The Crew that is responsible.
CG Gothic Lolita --Mash Nails Matte Finish,Blk Stamping polish and Scented Lime Polish
And for those Flowers I used MyOnline Shop's Special Stamping polishes
I used Mash Nails "Velvet" Green. I applied this over the Scented Lime polish.
Does it still smell scented? Yes it's still scented even with Velvet over them.
Close up.

Are you going to try this Velvet from Mash?
I still have many ideas to use this Velvet with myself.
I'm going to get another pack just so I don't run out or they sell out
before I run out..
And how about this Cartoon Plate?
Would you seriously pass on this plate?
I had to have it. And I've got many more creations to go still.

It's so amazing that with all the nail art choices out there,
they all still play nicely together.

Thank you for surfing my wave.
I hope you enjoyed your visit at My Beach.

The Latest Buzz...

Hello Nail Surfers

Welcome to My Beach

Now most of you know that I have descent sized nails.
Some may say long. So when it come to nail stamping I have difficulties
picking images for full nail design. Besides them being long I also have large nail beds.
Double whammy! But I still try to use images that aren't really meant for my nail size.
How? You may ask.. Well 2 things. First is I use the image sideways and 2ed is I double
stamp. Yes doubling stamping can be challenging. But using my squishy stamper makes double
stamping easy. So when most of you look at images at one angle, I am looking at different angles.
Yes diagonally may work just as well too depending on the image.

SURFS UP....

This is my Final Product.
I used Mash Nails Pearls,Velvet,Stamping Plates &
My "Trusty Stamping Polish
M 09 for the Index. I doubled stamped this image.
M 36 on the Ring Finger
The Velvet and Pearls are so simple to use.

There's so many more Mani's I want to experiment with using
Velvet and Pearls.I need more fingers for all these Mani creations I want to do.
Just typing that gave me 2 more ideas.

You can find these
Plates-Stamping Polish-Pearls-Velvet

In case you forgot or want to see what colors these Pearls & Velvet come in.

Have you tried Velvet Nails yet?
Did you like them?

I personally love them. It's a great way to add a little
or alot to your Mani.
Did you know that nail polish and nail art is a great
outfit accessory.
This Mani would make a plain white tee and blue jeans Rock!

A Warm Fuzzy Heart

Hello Nail Surfers

Welcome to My Beach

Well it didn't take long for me to try out the "Velvet".
This style of art is great for a quick Mani too. Drying time is so minimal and you
can art over them or not. They do really feel soft like velvet material.
This Mani can really Jazz up blue jeans and a T outfit.

SURFS UP.....

That Large Beautiful Diamond is also from Mash Nails
Did you know you can stamp over "velvet"?
I used Mash 13 for stamping and the special polish.
I can't say this enough, But This black special polish is my go to
polish for black stamping. It has not smeared once on me and is always bold and crisp.

So would you try Velvet on your nails? Maybe just as an accent finger possibly.
Honestly I didn't think I would really care for this style. But it really grows on you.
It's something different. And I like my nails and art to be different. I enjoy try new Mani's.
This was a first for me. And Yeah.. I'd do it again.
You can always color an object in and add the velvet to that VS the whole nail.
Just something to think about. This color is so Cookie Monster. I really wish I had a plate
with him now. These would go together nicely.

Thank you for surfing my wave.
I hope you enjoyed your visit at My Beach.
