Scented Water Marble

Hello Nail Surfers

Welcome to My Beach

As many of you may already know I have a bunch
of goodies that Mash Nails has sent me. And I am discovering
so many of these goodies are Multi-Taskers.

Like the Scented Nail Polish's.
These suckers are strong smelling, long lasting scents.
Even over a Top Coat and than a Matte Coat I was still able to smell
them just as strong. Showers, dishes and regular normal house choirs
was no challenge for these scented wonders.
They smell even more Fantastic when they are blended.
You get 2 scents in 1.

SURFS UP.....

And here are the Culprits/ Multi-Taskers.
How many water marbles get a Matte Finish these days?
I truly Love how all these products play so nicely together.
The Scented Polish's really amazed me by how well they worked
for water marbling.
And again there's that Black special Stamping polish.
It really truly works wonderfully.
I used Cheeky's Mega Plate on ring&pointer finger
and MyOnline Shop MJ 8
And for those who just like a little art or something not so busy.
I added the Black polish over the Mani on day 2 and I could
still smell these wonders.
It smells like a box of Runts Candy.

So.. So far these wonders
Are Scented
Paint
Stamp
Water Marble
Im sure they also do many other jobs also.
Have you tried these yet?
What other jobs/tasks do you think these polish can do?

Thank you for surfing my wave.

Markers for Art?

Hello Nail Surfers

Welcome to My Beach

The other day I was playing with Mash's Polish Markers.
Now these markers are really easy to use after you prime them.
Which is easy to do also. All that is, is pressing the tip down slightly
on paper or paper towel until the felt tip fills with polish.
Now from my trial and error already I have found it much easier to use these
over your topcoat. It helps the felt tip glide smoother over your nail.
I don't always use topcoat over my base before I art. I mainly only use
top coat over any gradient Mani. Also this is polish still so it will stain your clothes
and mark your tables just like nail polish will. So knowing all that, once you art
with these its on there. No lint roller trick ( I tried )No wiping off like Acrylic Paints.
Top coats work great over these. No smearing or smudging.

SURFS UP....

I added some Gems to Jaz it up a bit.

And don't worry if your not a great drawer (I am not either)
You can use these Different color Polish Markers to fill in your stamped images.

The Multi-Tasker is Back for some More

Hello Nail Surfers

Welcome to My Beach

I have been busy this weekend using these
goodies from Mash Nails.  These MagnetiX Polish's
are so fun to play with. They do so much more than just
Magnetic polish. This 1 bottle is a Multi-Tasker.
Today I used it with a Tape Mani. And I also used it to
make a gradient Mani with plain polish.

SURFS UP....

Have you ever made your own nail stencils/templates before?

For this MagnetiX  Polish or other colors

Bloopers...

Hello Nail Surfers

Welcome to My Beach

Have you ever thought of a Mani design in your mind
and it all seemed great? Colors all picked out , the right image to
match. And you even swatch it all on paper and it looked just how you imagined   it?
But on your nail it just doesn't make the cut. And for some strange reason we still continue
to do all 10 nails still. Thinking that maybe, just maybe it'll look better when
all 10 is done. I just did one of those myself the other day.
But Thankfully it was a gradient Mani. Which I always topcoat those before
any art and I was able to completely erase my train wreck.

I can't believe I'm sharing this.

SURFS UP....

This is what I started with. It looked so pretty in real life.
 And here it is.
This is a really Gorgeous image. I just used to many colors at 1X.
Thanks to my Lint Roller/Tape I was able to start all over.
Here are the full products I used.
Everybody here behaved and played nicely.

I ended up leaving this polish alone as it stands.
I sensed with a failed attempt that it was a sign to let it
have all the spot light this time.

So see.. Not every Mani is a Great or good Mani.
And sometimes polished fingers are meant to shine alone.

Have you had bloopers in stamping?
Would you share your bloopers?

I choose to share this to also show that the Lint Roller/Tape
Trick does work. It may not every time with any polishes,
but it's always worth a shot.

Thank You for surfing my wave.
I hope you enjoyed your visit at My Beach.

Innovation Time

Hello Nail Surfers

Welcome to My Beach

I wanted to show you  how easy it is to
re purpose those polishes that you may only use for 1 thing.
Magnetic! OHhh MY. These suckers stamp Amazingly.!
I really love this blue as a base alone. Sometimes the colors we choose as
a base just look nicer when we let it shine alone. But in the corner of my eye
this shimmery glitter polish kept calling me. So I had to try it. And Wow it too
looks amazing over the Blue Magnetic Polish.

SURFS UP....

I used Blue MagnetiX as stamping polish. And on the other 2 fingers I did not use the Magnetic.
I used Cheeky Jumbo C
Mash Matte Polish- Mash MagnetiX- Mash Shimmery Glitter polish
The Matte polish is 0.50 fl oz. (15ml)
MagnetiX Polish is 0.33oz (9.8ml)
Shimmery Glitter Polish is 0.2 fl oz (6.5ml)
In real life these are so eye catching. I can see many colors in the
Glitter Polish and it has a smooth touch, unlike other Glitter Polishes that sometimes
feel rough to the touch.
I Matted the White fingers b4 I stamped. I wanted the boldness
of this Blue to Shine.

Have you ever used a Nail product in a way that it wasn't intended for?
Would you now?

Candy Hearts

Hello Nail Surfs

Welcome to My Beach

I just did a new Mani and it turned out pretty cute.

SURFS UP....

I had fun photographing this Mani.
I used MyOnline Shop Plates
MJ 5 and MJ 6
I love how these candy hearts have a 3D affect.
The accent finger image also comes in reverse.
This is before any finish coat on.
Can you believe I used all acrylic paints and
a dotting tool to make my base coat.
I used Mash Nails Black stamping polish.
The candy just came to life once I Matte Finished them.

Have you started Valentine Nails yet?
These Holidays come and go so fast.

Chick Magnet

Hello Nail Surfers

Welcome to My Beach

So the other day I was gazing at my nail supplies and realized
that I have not done Mani's with Magnetic Polishes.
Now ya it's another Fad. Came and has already left for some.
I wanted to use these differently. So I ended up with a gradient style base.
On to the pics and I'll explain more fun facts about these polishes.

SURFS UP....
***High Tide Warning!***

Okay  First thing.. These are Mash's Brand and I have noticed that
All of their Nail polishes Have "Not" been tested on Animals.
Any top coat will reactivate the magnetic ability.
Therefore doing any style of base coats should be possible.
These bottles are 0.33 oz or 9.8 ml
The cap is removable and your magnetic is on top.
What I didn't like was it doesn't show the design and it only comes in 1 design,
but in multiple colors. Other magnets you may already have will work also with this.
Plus...* These suckers Stamp Great**

I used Mash White Stamping Polish along with  M 36
These do not work well with the lint roller/tape tip.

These polishes do not have names. They do come in a variety of colors tho,
and knowing that they stamp also is a plus. The White Stamping polish is still
\holding up pretty good against dark colors. I like how the stamping polish doesn't smear and
that its not transparent like other tend to be.

Glitter Mania !

Hello Nail Surfers

Welcome to My Beach

I am still playing with these Nail Goodies from Mash.
Today I used the Maroon glitter polish.
I did use the glue base trick also.

SURFS UP....

I used Mash's Special White Stamping Polish &
Cheeky's Jumbo N
I used 2 coats over a red base with glue as my main base.
This polish comes in a set of 6 and each bottle is 0.2fl oz. or 6.5 ml
Application was really smooth and the brush works great.
These also dry on the fast side too so adding the 2ed coat didn't bother me.
Do you use glitter polishes?
I don't as much as I'd like to, but with a glue base removal is
a breeze. I was extremely impressed with how their White polish stamped.
I'll have to test this polish fully and put it up against other brands over a black base.

Thank You for surfing my wave.
I hope you enjoyed your visit at My Beach.

Some New Goodies.

Hello Nail Surfers

Welcome to My Beach

As I mentioned before,I had received some exciting
new goodies from Mash Nails

SURFS UP.....

"High Tide Warning"

I used 2 coats of Lime and Orange Polish
These Polishes smell Amazing! Great coverage for 2 coats
 Here's the Line Up..
Silver-Black-White-Pink-Gold-Blue
These polish markers need to be shaken before each use,
and primed before your first usage. You will here the ball rattling
inside the tube as your mixing the paint up.
When you prime these do it slowly. The paint will start to flow quickly.
These are very fine tipped pens.
Okay now back to the Mani.
I used a fish skeleton stamp on ring and pointer finger and filled it in with
the White Pen.  ( I was trying for a surf board ) (L.o.L)It's dries fairly fast and was extremely easy to apply.
I was able to run a thin pink line down the center of the surf board without streaking or messing up the white,
The middle and pinkie I used the Black pen to write.
Little to no pressure is best when writing words. Also I have learned to do this
over a Top Coat so it'll glide nicer over the nail.
It's still polish so if you mess up it's back to the drawing board.
I did Topcoat these and I had no smearing or bleeding.

Again only 2 coats required for this Mani.
These smelled like Runts candy.
Here I stamped with Mash 28
Using both Mash Black and White Special Stamping Polish
I choice this image because I new it would be more of a challenge
to stamp them the way I did. I redid the pointer finger X4. Yes 4.. I wanted to
test the lint roller trick also with the White Polish. It works :)
But... Here is the catch now. I do this trick over Top Coat.
And yes it does clean up on the skin also but you have to be careful so
you don't remove any wanted art :)
I used the Silver Pen over a top coat to write my letters.
These pens have endless possibilities.
I can't wait to play more with these. :)
Here is the Scented Polish Crew!
I can't wait to start mixing these colors up.
You can these Polishes,Nail Marker Pens and Stamping Polishes
at Mash Nails

Would you wear scented polishes?
Or how about try out those Nail Marker Pens even?
The stamping polishes do work great too and they seem to
work along with my lint roller/tape trick also.

Thank You for surfing my wave.
I hope you enjoyed your visit at My Beach.

Tropical Scent

Hello Nail Surfers

Welcome to My Beach

I have received a bunch of goodies from
Mash Nails to try out.
Today I was playing with the 6 pcs Scented polishes.
And WOW! They are scented. Even after 2 top coats and a Matte finish
I can still smell them. I have Banana & Fruit Punch on now.
I also discovered a few other things about these polishes. :)

SURFS UP....

I used Mash 43 & 41
2 coats of each color.
The brushes are truly amazing. It glides on so nicely.
The bottles are 0.16fl oz/5ml
And they are stamp-able! They do "not" work well with the lint
roller trick tho. I tried already.
The Matte Nail polish works GREAT!
When you want to Matte your art, you must first topcoat
to prevent smearing.
I am really pleased how these turned out.
And amazed that they still are scented after all the topcoats I've add.

Would you wear scented nail polish?
Do you prefer a shiny top coat or a Matte finish?
I have more colors to try and more Mani's I can't wait
to start on.. I have this one idea that I must do.I just hope
it turns out as great on my nails as it does when I tested it.
For all of the products I used check out Mash Nails
They sometimes even run a coupon code too :)

Thank you for surfing my wave.
I hope you enjoyed your visit at My Beach.
